First of all we'd like to convey what we learned during our mtg. with Carnival aboard the CARNIVAL TRIUMPH.  Easily you can see the care taken by the crew -along with lots of money spent to keep this ship totally fresh!  The theme of the ship is Cities of the World.  You can take a world tour during your cruise -anywhere that may be.  We could picture ourselves spending time in the Oxford Bar -takes you to a Manor House in England.  If you enjoy a Cigar now & then you can enjoy them in this beautiful space!  Currently she's doing Canada/New England voyages & it's a great way to see this area of the world -even if you live around here!  We've done it many times.  Keep in mind very different cruises called In the Path of Glaciers!  We'll have these again for 2010 and it really shows you an even more rugged beauty of Canada.

Now to the super exciting news: Carnival is launching their largest ship to date & a whole new design for them -CARNIVAL DREAM.  Because of her beautiful lines some are calling her the largest sailing yacht in the world -others the race car of the ocean.  She will sail from Pt. We recently met with our friend's from St. Maarten/St. Martin -and there is your answer.  You can enjoy the cultures of France and Holland on one island!  This island is one of the region's most popular & we feel a big reason for this are her beaches.  Some of the most beautiful in the area.

Speaking of beaches St. Maarten has one of the most unique as well.  You can lie on a nice beach & watch the Airliners from all over flying right over you to land at the airport!  It really is a very unique experience -now we wouldn't recc. that beach if you're looking for a quiet getaway -but we guarantee kids love it, they can also be kids of any age as well.  Enjoy Horseback Riding in the surf as well.  We love the sign showing you how far you are from home -very interesting, if your city is listed.  Of course a Destination Wedding is something to seriously consider -it adds to your experience & usually saves you money over getting married at home.  In the mood for some great cuisine -well head over to the French Side.  Casino action is available if you're feeling lucky.

For those of you who prefer smaller properties we'll mention a few we like.  Le Domaine just offers a combination of lush greenery & rooms which are cool and colorful -without being over the top.  Oyster Bay is a very nice property -but their real selling point is their pool.  It won best pool in the Caribbean, need we say more -stunning design & views!  If you'd like a lush & personal hotel for today -look no further than Marquis Resort -Style, Style & More Style!  Alamanda Resort is a very personal small hotel with a special warmth.  The Hotel Beach Plaza offers one of the best views -in particular if you like looking at grand yachts & sailing vessels.  A Grand Atrium & we find ourselves there for a great lunch, etc.  Regarding Villas we work with one of the Premier Villa Companies & therefore we can custom tailor any villa you may be looking for.  We also recc.
